Voice of the Church
About the Program
Kenya National Congress of Pentecostal Churches aspires to be the voice of the Church in Kenya through several initiatives.
a) Supporting on its own motion or jointly with like-hearted Christian umbrella bodies and stakeholder groups, bills and laws that protect the Bill of Rights; freedom of worship and basic tenets of Christian faith
b) Opposing overt and covert measures and pressures limiting the growth of the Christian faith in Kenya.
c) KNCPC will diplomatically engage the government of the day through constructive engagement and exerting its voice where necessary to achieve its objectives and partnership in civic education, policy formulation and public participation.
“The Bible never tells us to take a leap of faith into the darkness and hope that there’s somebody out there. The Bible calls us to jump out of the darkness and into the light. That is not a blind leap. The faith that the New Testament calls us to is a faith rooted and grounded in something that God makes clear is the truth.”
